Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route common Clallam County court requests as follows:
- Docket sheet: use the appropriate case lookup, then request the official register from its custodian
- Court date: check court dates and ask the responsible court to confirm the setting
- Certified copy: order it from the clerk or District Court that maintains the original file
- Specific case: search by party name or, preferably, the exact case number
- Filed document: review the court record search instructions and identify the document precisely

The counter is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to noon and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. District Court records must be requested directly from District Court I or District Court II. Court case records are governed by Washington General Rule 31 and are not processed through Clallam County's Public Records Act office.
